I am honored to receive the Mellon Foundation Grant and the Faculty Research Grant from the UChicago Center for the Study of Race, Politics, & Culture for my research project “Postwar Craniometry in Human Evolutionary Studies.” This grant allows me to do research at Harvard’s Peabody Museum Archives in September 2022.

I will present my paper “The Afterlives of Skulls: How Race Science Became a Data Science” at the UCLA History of Science Colloquium.

My dissertation received an honorable mention for the DHST Dissertation Prize from the International Union of History and Philosophy of Science and Technology. I’m so honored to be part of this incredible list of laureates and honorable mentions.
